Welcome To My First-Person Bio!

Nota Supermom is my nom du blog. I’m really Anne Parris. Shh!

I love being a mom, but I’m pretty sure I’m not very good at it. People tell me I’m a good mom, but I wish they wouldn’t pat my shoulder when they said it.

I have four kids at home and one husband, who is Ricky to my Lucy. He puts up with late dinners, occasional clean underpants shortages, and my madcap schemes.

We have two aging cats, an insane kitten, and one elderly chihuahua. I talk smack to them daily, but secretly love them, the stupid floor-poopers.

I homeschool, but you like me anyway. We are in our ninth year of home educating. My older two have graduated and live at home while they attend college. My younger two are middle-school aged. All are totally socialized.

My friends tell me I’m funny and clever, but they also told me that my chunky highlights looked good.
